3. Appearance inspection
The customer carefully evaluated the components of the 500KVA container generator set.
First, an overall inspection was conducted from the outside, including generator set shell quality, painting, door locks, controller doors, breakers, etc.
In addition, they also inspected the inside of the generators, including the engine, alternator, wiring arrangement, bolt quality, air filter, etc.
4.Load test
To determine the rated continuous power output of a generator set, the following reference site conditions are used during factory acceptance testing:

The load test shows that everything is running normally, and the customer is satisfied with this.
5.Noise level test
In order to test the noise effect and reduce other noise interference, we moved the generator set for testing.
When the generator set is running at 100% load, Tester stands at corresponding positions A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, etc.and use the noise decibel meter to detect the noise at 1 meter, 3 meters and 7 meters away from the generator set.
Noise test results meet customer requirements.
